Q: How can I order tickets?
Tickets to all Babeville events can be purchased through TicketWeb, Babeville box office (M – F, 11am – 5pm), and Rust Belt Books, call to charge by phone 866-777-8932 unless otherwise noted.
Q: Where is the best place to sit?
The majority of shows are general admission/standing room only. We also have general admission seated events (first come first served) and we note these on our events calendar. If you have special needs and require seating please contact the box office ahead of time during business hours to make arrangements 716-852-3835.
Q: What do I do if I lost my ticket?
Babeville is not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets. Customers who purchased their tickets through TicketWeb should call 866-777-8932 and follow the prompts for a customer service representative. Customers who purchased their tickets at the Babeville Box Office should call the Box Office at (716) 852-3835 during regular business hours.
Q: What is your exchange/refund policy for tickets?
Refunds are issued ONLY in the event of a show cancellation or date change. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for any other circumstances.
Q: What is Will Call and how can I pick up my tickets?
Will Call is available on the NIGHT OF SHOW ONLY, after doors open for the performance at the box office. We do not have the will call tickets prior to doors opening. Please bring a photo id and the order number (just in case) to pick up the tickets.
Q: Is Babeville wheelchair accessible?
Babeville is accessible for individuals with special needs and meets ADA guidelines.
The Asbury Hall floor level is wheelchair accessible. There is also an elevator here for easy access to the 9th Ward, Hallwalls Cinema and RBR offices. A washroom is located in the main lobby for the convenience of patrons unable to use stairs to other patron lounges.
When ordering tickets, please inform the ticket seller of any special requirements you may have so that appropriate seating may be obtained. Please be aware that Babeville staff members are not permitted to physically move or lift patrons from a wheelchair to a seat. If a patron can move to a seat from a wheelchair, the wheelchair must be stored by a staff member at the rear of the hall to prevent obstructions in the aisle.
Q: Do you have wheelchair/special needs accessible parking?
Limited Accessible Parking is available in our parking lot adjacent to the building. If possible, please try and make plans to have someone drop you off in front of the theatre if you have difficulty walking more than a few blocks. For specific parking inquiries, please call us at (716) 852-3835 during regular business hours.

Q: What is the food and drink policy for the theater?
Absolutely NO outside Food or Drink is allowed in Babeville. We do, however, provide beverages (Soda, Water, Beer & Wine) for purchase to enjoy during the show.
Q: What is the venue’s camera policy?
Babeville generally allows cameras (NO Flash Photography) to performances, however in the event that a Band or Performer has their own preferences or rules, we always act in favor of the Artist. Please call ahead to determine the specific camera policy for the show you are attending to ensure that your camera does not get taken from you at the door.

There are a number of hotels and restaurants nearby, too many to list. Our recommendation is to go to Google Maps, enter our address (341 Delaware Ave) and search “Nearby” for restaurants.

Q: Where is the best place to park?
There is a parking lot that wraps around the building with entrances on Delaware and W. Tupper, reserved parking spots are reserved until 5pm, but may be used by patrons after that time.
If the parking lot for the building is closed (which is sometimes necessary) or filled, parking is abundant on the street with spaces available on Delaware Avenue, Elmwood Avenue and Franklin Street, which are free of charge after 5pm and on weekends. There are also plenty of alternate parking lots within walking distance of Babeville. Including:
Buffalo Christian Center – Franklin near Tupper, max $4/day
Standard Parking lot – 303 Franklin, max $5/day
Standard Parking lot (Brownstone Lot) – Pearl near Shea’s, max $5/day
